My mortgage loan used to be with Prime lending and I have never had 1 issues with them.

I have been a home owner for 8 years now and I have never experienced anything like I have experienced in the 1 month my loan has been sold to Roundpoint Mortgage Services.

They treat their customers like they have zero knowledge on any subject matter.

When I sent in valid documentation of the value of my home and asked them to remove my escrow account and PMI they denied the request stating, “they valued my home at $XXXX, which was $40,000 less than what the tax office just sent me and $7,000 less than what I bought my home for 2 years ago!

Needless to say, they do not work with their “customers” and are awful at responding and communicating anything.

If at all possible refuse to work with Roundpoint Mortgage.

In my situation there is no way around it, but if you have a choice, please do not! You will regret it!
