    I then asked if I could place a different order in lieu of the restocking fee and was told no. I subsequently asked if I could reinstate the chair order and avoid the restocking fee, but was told the 30% restocking fee was unavoidable because my original delivery was changed.

    So now I am out the 30% restocking fee, no chairs and no ability to reinstate the chair order and avoid the 30% restocking fee. I do like the kitchen table, but cannot believe the lack of acceptable resolution on the chairs.

  2. Terrible delivery coordination

    Terrible delivery coordination, communication and attention to detail. I purchased a dresser and was surprised when they told me it would be a month out before they could deliver it to my location in Southern California. A date was set and I was assured I would receive both an email conformation before the delivery as well as a call from the driver to confirm the delivery the day before.

    I did not receive any call or confirmation from the driver so I assumed the delivery was not happening and went to the office. I received a call from the driver when he was “10 minutes” from my home. I was already over an hour away at my office. He claimed he had texted me and left me a voice mail the day before. Neither had occurred.
