Everything looks wonderful in the store but two times out of two now what arrived via UPS has been broken. Disappointing but not the end of the world. What really did not set well though was their solution to a small broken but crucial piece of plastic holding the chair’s seat in place was for me to wait “a few months” as the part makes it’s way to the USA from the Far East on a container ship. Really? It doesn’t matter how beautiful the store is staged and how friendly the sales associates are if the faceless customer service folks don’t provide reasonable customer service on the first try and you have to push for a fair resolution.
