Rojas Guillermo

The worst experience with Rojas Guillermo. I filed my taxes and requested to be mailed to me.

They were not mailed, so after a month I called and asked for them to efile since they were not received.

I mailed my check and waited for the papers. Never received.

Again called them another month has gone by, and they never received, but of course neglected to contact their customer, but had no problem cashing my check.

April 15th I still did not receive anything nor a call back.

After multiple calls that day I continued to get the run around from the receptionist telling me that Anna(think its her name) would call me back ASAP, which after 6 calls into them, I still got no resolution.

When I contacted the office again after the date requesting to please get my taxes and paperwork, I expressed my dissatisfaction of how she handled everything.

All she did was laugh over the phone and said it was not her fault I wasn’t on top of my taxes more.

I have the phone records and checks to show my continual requests and effort to try to get my taxes.

She just laughed and continued to have the worst service I have ever experienced.

I requested to have my papers sent to me immediately. I doubt I will get them.

Worst EVER and she lost my business as well as the 7 friends I referred.

No company should have someone like that working for them, especially that laughs at peoples concerns, but of course takes their money.
