Rising S Company

After learning about Rising S company, I decided to install a shelter. So, I called them. I was on the call for a very long time and had a detailed discussion about the installation and the shelter I wanted.

I asked them for a 22 seat waterproof NBC Shelter. They quoted me $26000. I agreed to the price and they said that they would want some advance payment before starting the work.

I did make the advance payment. Later, I did not receive any phone call or emails from the company. While at the time of our first discussion, the guy on the phone was very polite and nice. Because of his courtesy and the way he handled the call, I decided to go with that company right away.

So, I started making calls and sending emails. But all my calls and emails were ignored. No one seemed to be reachable. I had to involve my attorney for them to reply me. After I let my attorney get in between of the matter, these guys gave me a delivery date. After all the pain and missed appointments, I finally received the shelter.

But, it was not as I expected it to be. The handle of the door was hard and the seats uncomfortable. They had installed only three four footers light out of five when I asked for all the five four-footers light. As I checked the exit gate to see how the water got in, I saw the light coming through. It was coming from the bottom of the door which means that the door was not installed properly. The air filter pipes did not have the weather caps.

I was devastated to see that I had spent my money on a crap. I asked the person who came to install it and he was very rude. He asked me to talk to the supervisor. I did call his supervisor to listen to the same answer. He was not ready to listen to me. He was stubborn and cared for nothing. So, I called the person whom I had spoken earlier. He seemed to become one of these guys too.

I again had to involve my attorney and threatened them about the lawsuit. To which, they said that they would make the necessary changed to the shelter to make it right and as expected. I had enough of these people and I demanded for the money I gave them. They again started to talk about their policies and all. But, I was only interested in my money back.

They have not yet approved of the refund and I am still trying to make the most of it. I have my attorney by my side and I will make sure these guys pay for all the trouble they put me through. I am not going to leave these people just like that.

This company is a fraud company. They only promise things that they cannot deliver or do not wish to deliver at all.
