This process was horrible. The communication process started off well enough while Rick was trying to get us to commit to allow him to work our refinance.
However after that we never heard from him again. There was several times when his assistant requested duplicate paperwork (sign of disorganization).
The Wells Fargo financing was a nightmare of a process.
