The Loan is Broken! Beware of brokers, agents, and borrowers! Reunion Mortgage doesn’t even deserve a single-star rating!
We agreed to a 30-day rate.

The loan was approved. All documentation was signed off, along with all conditions (PTD), two weeks before lock expiration.

Signed the final loan documents. Reunion Mortgage signed all conditions before funding (PTF), including title and escrow conditions before the funding date.

Reunion Mortgage failed to fund the loan on the due date and missed the deadline.

Reunion Mortgage has internal problems. The lock was removed.

Reunion Mortgage, including its management, cannot explain why the loan did not get funded.

Why? Unknown. Perhaps the locked rates are too low. This is a good thing for the borrower but not for the lender.

A Dishonor Lender. They ruin their reputation. Shameful, especially for the top management
