Bad service. Not luxury spa level customer service.
Have been twice and will not return. I live two blocks away and thought I had found my new monthly go-to. Due to poor customer service I will not be returning, and will stick with my other spa nearby. I called 22.5 hours prior to my appointment, needing to reschedule. (My baby sitter had just fallen through.) I was told since it was past 24 hours I could not reschedule and would be charged. So, had I called 1.5 hours earlier they would have let me reschedule?? I was stunned at their lack of flexibility. The cherry on top: After scrambling to make the appointment, I was pressured into scheduling a follow up massage at check out. Chuckling, the person said “Don’t worry, you can always reschedule if you can’t make it.” So rude. No thank you.
The good things: sauna, steam room, and the woman who escorts you into the spa facilities is very professional and sweet.
