Establishment is well taken care of, staff is great, doctors are great…but wait, I have more.

Definitely horrible on how they schedule the appointments.

They should know by now that not every appointment is going to take 15 minutes.

So why stack so many on top of each other.

I scheduled an appointment at 10 am it is now 11:21 am and I am still waiting for the doctor to see me. #losingmymind

    Scammer

    Be sure to expect at least a two hour wait for your appointment I’ve been in the waiting room for two hours and have yet to be called back to see the dr. Over an hour away so making another appointment is out of the question

    Not cool.

    They aren’t ever on time with their appointments. What’s the point of making an appointment for a certain time if it’s always an hour or two hours late? Not cool.

    Ultimately I think the staff needs to be trained on customer service.

    Ultimately I think the staff needs to be trained on customer service. I think the manager needs to facilitate patient care a lot better. if there are emergencies I understand the patient needs critical care right away but the patients that have appointments should not have to wait for three plus hours to be seen.

    I truly believe that means the patients waiting in the lobby are not that critically important. The whole system needs to be evaluated.

    Dr was fine explained everything, wasn’t crazy about the front office.
