Red Brick Mortgage gives the worst service ever! Since day 1, he ran a credit report with out asking and then started questioning every little thing with a rude attitude.
Communication has been very poor, emails have been written in caps and sometimes one word replies.
He never explains anything to us, just says “give me this, or sign this”.This company is far from professional.
We were constantly asked to give things multiple of times, and when it came to the appraisal of the place we are purchasing, we had to reach out to the company doing the appraisal to find out they haven’t scheduled it yet because they couldn’t get a hold of anyone at Red Brick.
We were sent emails with documents to sign, to find out the links are expired, causing us to have to leave work to go there to sign papers in person.
With our closing set for July 1st, we just found out it’s not going to be till the 8th!
They have no sense of urgency, they forget they work for he customer, not the other way around!
This place is very rude, and we will never do business with them again!
