RE/MAX Alliance Boulder

Commission

Greg was flippant when I contacted him as the managing agent during a seller agreement I had with his broker Stacey Schad.

I wrote him about how Stacey was unethical in her presentation of the contract to sell my property.

Stacey actually withheld several pages of the contract that outlined her commission.

While I was able to change the rate, this didn’t leave me confident of her abilities.

I was told I couldn’t “fire” her.  She then botched the sale and withheld pertinent info on the contract and the fact I was able to recover the earnest money.

Greg refused to contact me until I filed a complaint with DORA, REMAX and DMAR – then, guess what, he actually picked up his phone and called me.

By then it was too late.  Any owner/manager that thinks it’s o.k. for their staff to deceive a client is scum in my book.

Now I have an attorney and will sue everyone possible and file to have the license of these two agents revoked.

  1. We got a full price offer from the first interested buyer, what a joy, and a relief!

We worked with RE/MAX Alliance in Boulder, CO to help us sell our property. The broker, Greg Smith, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we, and our partner, worked through the process of making decisions, preparing the documents and conducting the transaction.

We got a full price offer from the first interested buyer, what a joy, and a relief! The staff was easy to talk to, very professional and quick to respond. We highly recommend Greg Smith and his team.

  2. They were very understanding, patient, and informative.

Greg and his team are awesome! Greg assisted my husband with his first real estate purchase when he moved to Boulder. My husband did not know much about the area and knew less about purchasing a house. Greg knows the area well and is very connected with the community.

Greg made it a priority of educating my husband instead of just showing him houses that he could afford. When it came time for us to purchase a house together my husband introduced me to RE/MAX Alliance. This purchase had the potential to be very stressful, but after being introduced to Greg he made our decision less complicated.

They were very understanding, patient, and informative. Greg and his team have assisted us with 5 real estate transactions since we got married, and each transaction has exceeded our expectations.

  3. Scammer

This office employs dishonest and unethical realtors who cheat innocent people out of money.
