Awful And Unprofessional
If I could give zero stars I would. Was referred to Debrah from someone I know and she was beyond awful and unprofessional.
After a week of her not returning my emails, phones calls or the front desk text to her in reguards to my taxes and making sure she had all she needed after our initial meeting I went and got all my paperwork back and went elsewhere for my business taxes.
Even though she knew I was in the office feet from her she chose to not even come out and say I apoligize for the lack of communication or offer any excuse.
Truly the lowest of the lowest, unprofessional and a total waste of time. Maybe they pick and chose who they would like to work with because my business was definitely not worthy of this company.
