mani-pedi services although I used other services of this spa. I am actually so disappointed that I have to give them 1 star, I wish I could take away some stars instead of giving one.. I have been a very loyal and regular customer to this place for years – until 2 days ago.. The owner of this place changed almost 2 years ago.
Although the quality of the service obviously dropped a lot, I still went there because it still gave a low quality spa service. All I care about was not just going to a nail saloon and being rushed out in 10 mins with awful looking nails. But during my last 2 visits for mani-pedi, it was no different than going to a nail saloon. There is nothing wrong with being a nail saloon, as long as they call it a nail saloon and charge you accordingly.
2 days ago when my husband wanted to do something nice for me and asked to book an appointment, BUT he was told that they wouldn’t give service to me because it would take too much of their time and there was a service standard they needed to meet with me..!!?? I still wanted to be civilized about it and went there in person to talk them, since I have been a customer to that specific location for over 4 years. And I have always greeted them whenever I saw them around. Oh My Goodness!…worst idea ever!! Since they cannot just give me a cheap nail-saloon service, they do not want me as a customer.
It is OK, but I felt like I had to write a review here for all other customers who want to give it a try and expect a spa service for mani-pedi. Just do not get too surprised if you are told to walk around bare foot, if they give you a used slipper, if they don’t want to give you a new towel while switching from mani to pedi, if they use a lentil-size spa cream for both of your feet, if they skip cleaning your nails after putting the nail color on..etc etc etc.. So, enjoy your over-priced “spa” service…
