It’s been a nightmare working with PrivatePlus Mortgage.
I’ve been providing paperwork for almost 5 months now.
They’ve misplaced paperwork, which I’ve had to provide again.
Not just that, their ‘investor’ keeps asking for paperwork.
It’s been more than 3 months since we closed on our home and they still keep coming back with demands for paperwork.
The most recent one wants to know why I moved to Georgia!
I’ve bought homes before and never had this much issue with a financing company.
If you have a choice – please avoid this company.
