Premier Financial Alliance

PFA is not an insurance company but an MLM scheme

Premier Financial Alliance or PFA is an MLM company. Their game starts when you show interest in their recruitment process. They bring in higher management to teach you life lessons and become a millionaire.

People like Jack Wu run the show and allure people in paying their entrance fee, which is $135.

Like every other MLM scheme, they show you pictures of expensive cars with them and the trips they have taken and, at last, will say that you can achieve all that too. This is how they attract people to pay.

They do not say anything about how this is possible. But, they ask you for the entrance fee before making any remarks or giving you the training for becoming a millionaire.

They even declare themselves as competitive and genuine as Amway and other companies. In short, they are nothing more than just smoke and mirrors. And, this fee is not refundable.

When I attended their seminar, I understood what they were selling. They were good at selling expensive dreams, but that was it. My friends joined their program only to realize that they had wasted their money.

But, as they did not have a refund policy, they never recovered their money. None of the products that this company sells is ever underwritten by them. However, other companies are supported, only the sales partner.

You can buy these products directly from the company itself instead of wasting your money with marketing companies like PFA. If you check the cost, you will know the difference in the price you are paying for the product available at cheaper rates from anywhere else.

The bigger question is, they are only sales representatives and not advisors. They do not have the license to do so. And, if they are advising you, it means they are going against the law, and you can report them to the finance authority.

I have posted this report because these guys scammed my friends and are already scamming many others for joining their unreasonable and fake plans. I want everyone to know what company this is.

If you think that they will make you rich, you are mistaken. They will take away whatever you have. Have you seen entrepreneurs asking to sell their products?

Do any giant companies with great entrepreneurs ask you to pay them for something you have not used? Or, do they lie to you and pretend to be something else when they are not? These all concerns raise big questions against PFA.

There is no way you would ever know what they are up to until you are stuck.

After only you pay them, they ever tell you their mantra for becoming a millionaire, but by then, it is too late to go back.

Hence, do not let this company utilize your money for their profit. You would only be at a loss. They are never going to make you rich. Only they earn and become rich.

30 Reviews on Premier Financial Alliance

  1. Experience on pfa

PFA definitely violates law on solicitation without license. I was there twice. They attempting educate and solicit me on insurance policy, while selling a dream of becoming rich. After I find out they do not offer licensing and pretend they do I left the company. Afterwards I found a job in a real security company. They kept bugging me….

  2. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

PFA is a scam. They lure you to getting life insurance while joining up. They only accept their EOM bonds which is 650. You can find elsewhere cheaper for about half. They hold every few months big events which you pay about $200 and let say there are about 1500 agents…do the math. Its a scam….people in the company are making money by scamming people. I was scammed. DO NOT JOIN PFA…it is true what is said online. I went in and joined PFA against all the reviews I read and later found it is a scam. They make money while you loose money. Dont make the same mistake I did. PFA look for ways to squeeze your money from you so upper people make money. Join PFA now and you will see their tactics.

  3. PFA is a scam part 2

Also…the people who are saying good things are either from PFA themselves or know someone who is doing it. I joined the company and saw what they push you on…its all about recruiting so they pay PFA all these fees and want you to take out life insurance as part of the recruitment process. I lost alot of money for their insurance coverage for term. Example…I was pressured….yes pressured to to takeout out a $300,000 term for nearly $60 a month…do you research, you can find some for about $20-$30. PFA point the difference. SCAM…if you need extra money….do it the old fashion way and get another job.

  4. False illustrations and hidden fees

Everyone on here is going off about legitimacy and not focusing on the real stuff.

First off, the company is legit- but not in a nice way. You see, you can say something like your investment in your life policy “can” grow this much and even though it’s highly unlikely- but possible, they can legally word it that way. The biggest problem in their policies is that the fees for insurance are allowed to change at ANY time. It literally says that in the packet people are signing. If you’re smart, you would get a policy that has guarantees. Theirs have 0.
Those illustrations for returns are ridiculous.

  5. Work for PFA if you don’t mind losing friends and family over these scumbags.

To PFA, you messed with the wrong guy! For anyone who has no friends or family, or doesn’t mind losing them, go work for PFA.

  6. PFA

The Review about Premier Financial Alliance doesn’t even justify the proper object of the company.

I am a business owner, and when I join PFA, I have saved many families from being financially burdened.

The product itself sells, and it’s called LIVING BENEFITS which people don’t have to die to claim.

And the dreams to be Financially free I have achieved in less than 6months together with my friends.

I believe w2 itself is slavery in which we go to school, and others like the CEO only make the profit and do not even share what an employee deserves.

They REIMBURSE ME $750 after I PASS my licensure in STATE BOARD.

All the accusation in this post is a REAL BULL-SH*T. Premier Financial Alliance gave my Family peace of mind.

My Family now is safe, and I can sleep at night knowing I will not use my hard-earned money when anything comes up. I alone have insurance and am saving money with higher interest than banks that are not even going to give you 1%.

If you want to know about the company, I am inviting all of you to check since 45Million people lost their job, and this platform will help a lot of families, but you will be Financially free.

Six months are doing business with them… I never imagine making 50k in just two months. This is me working partime and helping people at the same time.

I am new in the company but like what I have said. Do not mislead BAD REVIEWS as the 125 you will pay they get reimbursement after you PASS your state license exam and do the requirements, so in reality, YOU WILL NOT lose MONEY.

I am glad I have found PFA.

    Thank you for this opportunity.

We will continue to do this beautiful crusade and help people know and earn money.

    1. No recruit no commission

I have been joined PFA for 3 months and just passed the license. My manager didn’t tell me how PFA works. She just asked me to buy insurance for myself and push family and friends to buy it. She suggested me asking friends to do favors for me to joining pfa. If I can do it I will get the commission. What to do if I can’t find anyone to buy insurance?

    2. You are one of them. You didn’t dare to show your real name

  7. This post is defamatory! You are very wrong!

This post about PFA is VERY WRONG!! Whoever wrote this doesn’t know what he’s talking about! Only strong, determined, intelligent, focused, and those who want to be a better version of themselves can be a part of this company.

This company is a PtoP business. Everyone wins if you do your job.

They’re the top producer of the best product of NLG that’s been around for 173 years! Would a reputable insurance company compromise by making PFA (licensed insurance agents) the number 1 marketer of their products if they don’t have an excellent track record and business ethics? No!! So why even question their integrity?

  8. Insurance is Regulated by Individual States! PFA is brokerand legit!

1st of all, let me know That Premier Financial Alliance is a broker of insurance. They are aligned with a regulated industry and a great company writing insurance in America for 172 years.

As an insurance agent for many years, what I like about this company is that I own my book of business and am an independent agent, and I can do many things to help folks utilize insurance in a better way. Each state regulates all insurance. Car insurance, life insurance, health insurance; all insurance is regulated.

They have a product no other company has. The lawsuits that have occurred have been nuisance lawsuits. There has not been one legitimate insurance agent who has deemed the company fraud or a scam. The Individuals who apply with Premier Financial Alliance are told UPFRONT that the 125 is not refundable.

The person is paying for training and given access to classes to help them attain their licenses and learn about state-regulated products. The regular route to get a permit and attend courses required by each state is considerably more expensive than $125.

The cases have been dismissed several times, and the same lawyer keeps trying to come up with another angle to take to court. These lawsuits are ridiculous attempts to gain money for nothing, similar to trying to slip on a wet or at a shopping mall. Or trespassing and trying to sue the owners for injury. It’s a waste of court time and resources.

  9. Our system is scam

PFA is a legit IMO back by 171 years old carrier. Shoot for 29 years as business owner I have to invest a quarter million each to start up brick and mortar locations in salon and foodservice industry. And every years I have to pay all bunch of fees from business licensing to health to equipments to property and corp taxes. Hell I think the system has scammed me for years.

Stop crying and stay at your 9-5 working your butt off for someone else dream.

  10. Is PFA a scam?

I have personally been to one of the companies information seminar. The person who is writing that PFA is a scam is giving false information.

There was no one promising that I will become a millionaire or receive any cars if I become an associate of the company.

PFA is an IMO (independent marketing organization) which by law is required to have a state license in order to conduct business. They sell life insurance for different insurance companies. The person who is bad mouthing PFA obviously is not telling the truth.

PFA has been in business for 30 years. If they were scamming people would you think they are still in business?

I did my research and find that they are legitimate company.

  11. THIS ARTICLE IS FAKE NEWS, NO WORK ,NO MONEY PERIOD.

I JOINED PFA AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE A FINANCIAL MARKETING COMPANY THAT USES THE MLM PLATFORM TO RECRUIT AND TRAIN NEW AGENTS S FOR THE LIFE INSURANCE INDUSTRY. PLAIN AND SIMPLE

IF YOU STUDY AND RECEIVE YOUR LIFE INSURANCE PRODUCER LICENSE, PURCHASE E AND O INSURANCE, AND GET APPOINTED WITH AN INSURANCE CO., YOU CAN START WRITING POLICIES FOR THE CLIENTS YOU FIND.

THIS IS AS REAL A JOB AS YOU CAN GET IF YOU APPLY YOURSELF. THE CHOICE OF YOUR PAY IS IN YOUR HANDS.WORK, WORK, WORK, THAT SHOW IT IS DONE. IT IS A JOB, NOT A SCHEME

  12. Learn The Facts & Find Out That It Is Legit, But Not For Everyone

I have been a part of a plethora of different opportunities as well as worked in corporate America. I have earned a masters degree from an esteemed US university and invested over $500K in my education over nearly two decades. This response is my opinion and based on my experience and in no way, shape or form was done with the knowledge or direction of company leadership.

I do not know original writer of this article and will not speak negatively about them as I do not know his experience; but what I will do is share some facts and what I have learned so you can judge for yourself.

FACT: No opportunity is for everyone. No one says earning your financial freedom is supposed to be easy (or FREE). If you don’t follow through with the required efforts, you will never succeed in ANY opportunity.

How much does it cost to start your own McDonalds? Or to incorporate your own company? Or even to join any of the other companies that the author mentioned?

FACT: Certainly, there’s no way that starting your own business and earning your freedom will be FREE and not require any investment.

If a company is going to share with your their proprietary system that is working well for them, is it fair to charge less than the price of a single textbook for you to learn their secrets get started? They should share it free with the world? Show me one company that does that… I will not hold my breath waiting to hear back as it does not exist.

Fact: No matter what business you choose in life, You have to pay the price in terms of time and efforts.

The $125 is a drop in the bucket compared to:

-$10’s of Thousands invested into college only to graduate with massive debt and struggle to find a job thats barely going to pay the bills. (I can speak from experience with this)

-Spending decades in a corporate job where you could get laid off at any time, grind 5 days a week just getting by, never earning your time freedom.

-Even if you live below your means and save as much as you can into your 401K, a single market crash can cause you to lose years of your savings. A single medical emergency can wipe out your nest egg when you need it most.

-Thousands of people retire into poverty or decrease their quality of life in their golden years. Many are forced to continue working way too long, some even until the day they die.

-If tax rates go up, as they inevitably will with the nation’s financial system in heavy debt with massive entitlements and unfunded commitments, your savings with deferred interest means that your money could be taxed heavily when you finally withdraw it. Like a rearview mirror, it could be much smaller than it appears.

If you are happy with your life the way it is, and earning enough to live the life you want and save for the future, CONGRATS! THEN DON’T JOIN this or any opportunity; it’s not for you.

If you are happy with the old idea that you can go to college, get a good job, save up and work 30-40 years until you retire and then enjoy life- great- please DO NOT JOIN because the opportunity is NOT for you.

However, if you are like me and realize that NO JOB will ever earn your financial and time freedom, then you should check out PFA and learn THE FACTS, not the opinion shared in this article.

If you are like me and are hungry for an opportunity that can provide a better path where others have spent years developing the systems and products for you to WORK HARD and eventually achieve success- starting part-time without quitting your job- then you owe it to yourself to learn more.

Now I will go through the content shared by this author and reply to each point that needs to be discussed:

Comment: “Premier Financial Alliance or PFA is an MLM company.”

Response: This is 100% CORRECT and I am proud of it!

There are only so many ways to market a business or product.

-RETAIL marketing involves direct storefronts and other ways of mass promotion that attract clients. Massive profits have been earned but mostly by real estate owners and large companies, mom-&-pop shops are struggling due to competition across the country.

-DIRECT marketing: Utilizes strategies like commercials and mailing campaigns to contact prospective client. Marketing agencies make massive money in this and large companies can dominate here, but what about small business owners? Are the to shut down and just get jobs? They can rarely compete with “big boys”.

-Network Marketing: People promote directly to other people with no middleman. The people, small business owners, get the majority of the profits here, instead of real estate owners or marketing agencies. Is that so bad? In my humble opinion, I prefer the little guy to get the profit and think thats better for our country as a whole. It’s OK if we disagree, but that’s a principle that I am proud to promote and be a part of. ”

    Comment:
“Their game starts when you show interest for their recruitment process. They bring in higher management to teach you the life lessons and how to become a millionaire. People like Jack Wu runs the show and allure people in paying their entrance fee which is $135.”

    Response:

There are over 100 offices across the country and each office has its leaders that help to share the details of the opportunity and answer questions. No one ever promises to make you a millionaire, simply show you exactly how the company works, what products we provide and what problems we help to solve. The fee is $125 and not $135.

If you are not interested, and are happy with your current situation, simply don’t join.

    Comment:
“Like every other MLM scheme, they show you pictures of expensive cars with them and the trips they have taken and at last, will say that you can achieve all that too. This is how they attract people in paying.”

Response: Everyone in the company is required to get a license in order to make money in this company. This is not the case with other companies out there. If this company was a scheme, it would probably be pretty hard to have ALL 50 STATES provide licenses to people who are part of the company and to partner with several of the largest financial services companies in America.

We are very strict with compliance and I can not speak to what specific agents are doing across the company, but the approved presentations I have seen focus on the challenges faced by average Americans, the products we offer and the compensation that is possible- if you get a license and follow the steps required.

It’s true there are amazing trips that I hope to go on one day, but this is far from the focal point of the opportunity we share and I have yet to see any images of expensive cars or fancy lifestyle in any approved presentation.

    Comment:
They do not say anything about how is this possible. But, they ask you for the entrance fee before making any remarks or giving you the training for becoming a millionaire.”

    Response:
As stated above, if you find a company that will give you all their secrets for free, be my guest, join them instead. I went to college for 6 years and never learned anything useful for free. The price of one textbook to learn how everything works is an amazing deal in my humble opinion.

    Comment:
“They even declare themselves as competitive and genuine as Amway and other companies as such. In short, they are nothing more than just smoke and mirrors. And, this fee in not refundable. When I attended their seminar, I understood what they were selling. They were good at selling expensive dreams but that was it. My friends joined their program only to realize that they wasted their money. But, as they did not have a refund policy, they never were able to recover their money.”

    Response:
Our company allows agents to be licensed and work in all 50 states. You can verify this with your state government. We are affiliated with numerous of the largest financial service companies in America. If PFA is a scam, you are basically saying that nearly every financial service company in America is a scam and is approved by the governments of all 50 states. In that case, I can not comment further as this is not the place to discuss conspiracy theories, I am just sharing my personal experience for those who are looking to make an educated decision for themselves.

Yes, there is no refund. If you go to college and can not find a job, do you get a refund? If you don’t follow the proven steps and put in the WORK, you WILL NOT make money! This is true in every company. Even if you start your own business and then don’t succeed, can you get your money back that you paid to incorporate? No, you cannot. Why would you expect this to be any different?

Comment: None of the products that this company sells is ever underwritten by them. However, they are underwritten by other companies and they only are the sales partner.

    Response:
This is actually 100% correct. PFA simply sells products underwritten by some of the largest and most successful companies in America, just like thousands of other brokers and marketing organizations across America.

    Comment:
You can buy these products directly from the company itself instead of wasting your money with marketing companies like PFA. If you will check the cost, you will know the difference in the price you are paying for the product available at cheaper rates from anywhere else.

    Response:
PFA actually does have an exclusive product that you can not get elsewhere, but it is not available everywhere in the country. In my experience the pricing was very competitive, maybe in your case this was not the case. Just get a quote and get the facts for yourself and then make up your mind once you have the facts.

    Comment:
The bigger question is, they are only sales representatives and not advisors. They do not have the license to do so. And, if they are advising you, it means they are going against law and you can report them to the finance authority.

    Response:

This is 100% correct. Most people in PFA are NOT financial advisers. They are licensed life insurance agents only. They can share with you the specific products and services that are offered and help you to select the ones that make the most sense based on your needs, but you will always be the one to decide what makes the most sense for you.

    Comment:
I have posted this report because these guys scammed my friends and are already scamming many others for joining their unreasonable and fake plans. I want everyone to know what company this is.

    Response:
I am sorry that the writer feels that their friends were scammed. I cannot speak for them, but when I joined I saw a clear representation of the opportunity and understood that it would be hard work with no guaranteed results. The people that I worked with are professional, treated me well and were licensed.

I also want everyone to know what company this is, that is why I took the time to reply in extreme detail as I am very impressed with the level of dedication, support and impact that the company is having in communities across America & the world.

I do not want people to sell themselves short due to one person’s opinion. When you look at the facts you will decide for yourself if the opportunity or products make sense for you.

    Comment:
If you think that they are going to make you rich, you are mistaken.

    Reply:
This is 100% correct. THEY will NEVER make you rich. If you WORK HARD, follow the proven steps for an extended period of time, then there is a CHANCE that YOU can earn your financial freedom. No one can make any promises as it totally depends on your specific actions, abilities & efforts. if you don’t think you can succeed, you are probably right, do not join this opportunity.

    Comment:
“They will take away whatever you have. Have you seen entrepreneurs asking for selling their products? Does any of the huge companies with great entrepreneurs ask you to pay them for something that you have not used?”

    Response:

To date, no one has taken away anything that I have, I am not sure what he is referencing here. There are companies who do not charge you to sell their products, its usually called a JOB. Sure there are commission-only JOBS out there where you will not be charged. Please go get one of these jobs and hopefully you will be happy.

I have seen TONS of companies that DO charge you to take part in their opportunity; but what I have not seen is a company like this where there is so much work and energy done to help tilt the odds in your favor to make it more likely for you to succeed than if you were on your own.

For a $125 one-time non-refundable investment, I would do it again in a heartbeat if there was even a chance it was true and could help me change my current situation.

    Comment:
“Or, do they lie to you and pretend to be something else when they are not? These all concerns raise big questions against PFA. There is no way you would ever know what they are up to until you are stuck.”

    Response:

“I can not speak to what this persons experience was, I have only been dealt with honestly and respectfully and have never been pressured into anything. After I joined and learned how the company works, the worst case is that I could quit and use the lessons I learned in my next projects. In no case am I “stuck,” I simply invested the $125 into a valuable life lesson. Like buying an online video course or a couple of business books, theres no guarantee of success but I can quit at any time if I want.”

    Comment:
“After only you pay them, they ever tell you their mantra for becoming a millionaire, but by then it is too late to go back. Hence, do not let this company utilize your money for their profit. You would only be at loss. They are never going to make you rich. Only they earn and become rich.”

    Response:

Not to beat a dead horse, but the writer is 100% correct- the main secrets that help the company to succeed will only be shared once you become a member and take the time to learn more.

Can you learn lessons from college before you pay? Or learn the knowledge in a book before you buy and read it?

I would join again in a heartbeat and have personally met dozens of people whose lives have been transformed.

Like with any potential investment, weigh the costs and risks with the potential benefits. Just find out the facts for yourself and don’t let any one individual stop you from at least learning more to see if this is an opportunity that makes sense for you and could help you move your life in the right direction.

  13. whole story sound like a loser to spend a mere $125 fee, and make this much complaints !

whole story sound like a loser who spend a mere $125 fee, and make this much complaints !

Learn something new costs $$$ and not sipping tea in your underwear and complain ………………………and no nothing

  14. Horrible experience!!!

A guy from this company contacted me to set up a call about a job claiming he was a “Recruiter”. When I started asking questions about his company and what type of jobs they match people with and offering to send my resume, he bagan to get rude with me and started rambling on raising his voice about how I was wasting his time. He didn’t even ask how he could help me, he just acted like a high pressure salesman! I ended up hanging up on him and blocking him after he harassed me with derogatory texts! This company is NOT a financial company and they are NOT recruiters! Beware of their SCAM!!!
