Police & Fire Federal Credit Union are the worst. Guess what, you only have to change a single digit on your account number to access someone else’s account.

My direct deposit got screwed up and landed in someone else’s checking account.

Those folks then proceeded to spend my money.

PFFCU said they don’t check names on direct deposit because they don’t “want to take on the liability.”

Now I have to hope and pray this other person is kind enough to return my money.

    Awful bank because the tellers insert their personal feelings and act like they can implement security protocols on their own whim instead of consulting the person in charge of their account. If I have a trusted individual with me; they have no right to question whether a family knows of my banking information or not.

    They will recklessly flag your account if you physically have someone with you in their bank and you will not be able to remove an extra ‘password’ they came up with because they don’t trust you with your own account for some odd reason.

    They get breached too, so, try not to be a victim of that or they will flag your account anyway due to their negligence and you will be granted with a ‘security protocol’ to help you ‘protect your account’ a.k.a cause you a greater an
