Peters and Kroeker, Obstetrics and ...

This place is awful

Peters and Kroeker, Obstetrics and Gynecology is awful! I’ve had such a hard time here.

I am suppose to be covered for all BC options at 100% through my medical insurance.

Peters and Kroeker, Obstetrics and Gynecology is trying to charge me for it and I have relayed to them that they are using the wrong coding for my insurance over and over again and they do not correct it.

After five months, they finally said they would change the coding however I am here today with debt collectors mailing me a bill!

This is money that I should not owe at all to them and they do not care.

They don’t contact your insurance company or try to fix billing issues and have the worst customer service. Because of this, they deserve no stars.

I could care less if the doctor is good if I have to deal with all of this to get there.

Sorry but there’s a million good doctors.

  1. I would recommend you go elsewhere.

I would recommend you go elsewhere. I was seen by another group for my whole pregnancy and delivery but my insurance changed right after I delivered so I decided to go to Dr. Kroeker for my post-partum appointment and future appointments. While it was not her fault, when I delivered I was not stitched up right by my previous doctor.

I went in to see Dr. Kroeker at 4 weeks PP with this concern. I saw an NP and while she was very nice she was not very helpful. She told me she would go get the Dr to come see what could be done about this but then came back a couple minutes later and told me Dr. Kroeker was too busy. So she told me to come back in 3 weeks.

I went back 3 weeks later (now 7 weeks PP) because the issue was still there and now it was getting worse/more painful. AGAIN, for some crazy reason they had me see the NP and AGAIN she told me the Dr. was too busy to see what she could do about it so she told me to come back 4 weeks later and I’d definitely get to see the dr.

So they finally got me in at 12 weeks PP and I finally saw the actual DR who could do something about this issue. Except, she told me now its too late to fix it and she would just have to cut off the part that should be clearly attached to the other side and hopefully they can fix it next time I have a baby.
