Very poor scheduling service.

Very poor scheduling service. The receptionist had a terrible attitude. She talked like she is doing a favor.

She promised to let me know when the technician started to the home so I can start from work. We both started from Moreno Valley at the same time. Before I got home, she called me back stating that the technician has been waiting for 20 minutes and left. I told her that I am right around the corner. But, she just hung up on me and did not reschedule and had the nerve to bill me $75 through Old Republic Home Warranty for a service that I never had and for a contractor that I never saw. The receptionist is a piece of work. I am not paying the service fee.

  2. They did this all without my supervision which is really amazing.

    I’ve used these guys as contractors several times to work on my AC and other systems and they are always reliable and well priced. I had an extremely difficult problem which caused a copper pipe to leak water through the ceiling over the bathtub area. Gordon came by, cut the dry wall and old pipe, completely re-did the angle of it and re-soldered it.

    He even took the effort of cleaning the drywall bits on the ground which was really over and above what I expect from contractors. Great work, good price, will definitely recommend. They did this all without my supervision which is really amazing.

    In the meantime, my wife insisted I get a second opinion, so Saturday a guy comes from a larger company (huge), guy tells me problem was the motor for sure, and maybe ALSO the control board. I called Gordon to get his thoughts on this and he tells me NO WAY it was the motor.

    Trusting my instinct and Gordon’s experience, I decided to wait for Gordon to show up Monday once the controller arrived. I was kept informed of the status of the controller by his office folks, by the way, very professional.
