Terrible service. Branch Manager Linda Amaral is rude and unprofessional.
After reporting my card lost and applying for replacement, they told me 7-10 days…on the 11th business day.
When I inquired again where my replacement card was, I’m told they’re having an issue with their vendor and it could be 2 more weeks !
That makes it a month for a replacement card. Every other bank in the country will issue you a new card the same day it’s reported lost.
Pawtucket Credit Union still doing banking likes it’s 1981…These guys are clowns!
