They don’t even know my address or my name. Well, I just found out that Pete was fired and that is great news for the company since he is such a liar and can’t produce .

So, here’s the problem. My husband decided to go with this company again. They kept coming to the house and just saying oh you are low on Freon. I would say how is that? where does it go because every year I had to fill up the Freon. So that is how we ended up getting this new unit. AND now guess what I need??? yep you guessed it FREON!! where does this go? is it an environmental Hazard?

I asked my neighbors how many times do they have to fill up on FREON and they told me I just bought my unit same time as you so far I’m good.

So, I spoke to this nice lady, Shauna , and she says they are going to wave the diagnostic and put dye in the system to FIND the problem. Glad to know there is a woman with brains looking into the problem. I’m actually excited that this just might work. Fingers crossed Pendulum kissed. Carmen McKell Mayberry

    They charge monthly fees fourth time for a contract that we cancelled immediately before we used their services. They continue to charge my credit card every month. Every month I call and they confirm that contract was cancelled and promise to refund my credit card. ALAS, THEY NEVER DO IT. Tomorrow I will call again.

    Are they crooks, idiots or both? Who knows…

  2. They charge fees for contract that as they admit was never used.

    Company is a total fraud. We signed contract for A/C services with them in October but cancelled contract immediately because we found different company to do services. We never ever used their service. Nevertheless company repeatedly charge a monthly fee. They did it four times. I call them and their reps admit that they cancelled a contract and we do not owe them anything. Each time they promise to place a refund to my credit card but never do it.

    Avoid them like a plague.
