They cancelled my appointment
My appointment was canceled less than an hour before my scheduled time.
However, as I was already on my own, I couldn’t get through to the receptionist.
She looked at me when I arrived as if she was shocked to see me.
She informs me that I will have to reschedule the following week.
Because most people need to coordinate their time to take care of personal affairs, I was surprised that they required less than one hour’s notice to cancel an appointment.
Park Place Dental will charge you $100 if you fail to give them 24 hours’ notice.
You will also be reminded about your appointment via text message.
They sent me a text at 9:30 am today saying they were looking forward to seeing you for my 11:30 am appointment.
You can make an appointment at your peril.
