I have been coming to PA Services for over 15 years . Initially when I started coming here the customer service was OK .
However, the more I came here there was an extreme amount of staff turn around , most which we’re unprofessional and un knowledgeable, in fact, once I went in with my sister in law , who has no knowledge regarding tax services, she went there only to accompany me, the owner Pedro Aguilar, offered her a job , no one ever said she was there looking for a job but he looked at her and said ” you are cute, you should work for me.”
He hired her right on the spot nonetheless she quit three weeks later for reasons that I will not display only because that’s a whole different issue.
As a paying customer you would think that when questions arise they would take a few minutes to call you and answer your questions regarding your taxes although they tell you they will call , they don’t and then tell you that they called why couldn’t they leave a message I never had any missed calls, when I tell them I didn’t receive any phone calls or haven’t heard from them , so now I’m here in person it’s been two weeks what’s going on ?their response is , oh we did call you but we called an old phone number of yours.
then what is the purpose every year that I come in , you hand me a form to update my information what is the purpose when nobody acknowledges the updated information, I simply cannot explain the reason why I kept returning but I guess this year I decided it’s time to try someone new maybe someone professional that knows when you’re a paying customer you should get the answers that you need I work with customers as well and I know that when I tell them I’m going to call them back on a certain day I will call them back , whether I have the answer or not I will still make that phone call to let them know I have not forgotten about them just simply still looking into the issue.
Very simple follow up. This year the customer service was worse first of all there’s no communication whatsoever the only communication is Face to face in their office otherwise they avoid your messages or phone calls.
I was there 2 1/2 weeks ago to file my taxes and I was told I would get a follow up call later that night to give me a response as far as my refund goes 2 weeks later I called them they still haven’t submitted my information because they were waiting on a certain form from me, that I was not aware of.
I complained to Delsey, who’s only response was you’re always a problem you can just go somewhere else, they don’t like to hear an upset customer they don’t like to help solve any problems , they don’t like to hear when they’re wrong but they sure love to take your money.
Today instead of posting a yelp review , I thought no I’m just going to call the owner since I’ve been with him so long I’m going to let him know that from my experience your staff can make you or break you and they should be there to keep your customers happy when I told him my concerns his response was exactly the same “you can go somewhere else whenever you want , thanks a lot bye ” and hung up.
In my opinion when you are the owner of a business you lead by example now I understand why his staff gives such crappy customer service , if I can give zero stars I would.
