Osborne Homes

These people don't seem to care about anything

Osborne Homes keeps sending post cards to me in Stockton that say, “Let Us Make the Sale of Your Property Fast, Simple & Stress-Free.”

My house is not for sale and never has been for sale since I purchased it over 30 years ago.

I have called them long distance and asked them to stop sending mail to me.

I have also sent the card back with notes asking them to please stop sending me mail. That has just been a waste of my time and money.

Also, they don’t have the name of their company on the post card which forces people to have to try to find it.

What company allegedly wants your business but doesn’t even have its name on the unsolicited mail its sends? Or the name of the sales associate?

The only way I was able to find them was because they’re required to put an address on the card.

The phone number they list for us to call doesn’t match either the address or the name of the company!

It’s for Valley Springs; the card says the company is in Fresno, two and a half hours away from Valley Springs.

For the record, even though it’s annoying, it’s fairly easy for me to just cut out my name and address from the card, rip that part in pieces (for my privacy)

Toss them and what’s left of the card in my garbage. However, what really bothers me is that I rarely get any mail at all as I have no bills, etc.

So this company is forcing my letter carrier to walk all the way up to my house to put the card in my mail box.

Then it’s forcing me to have to check my mailbox to see what had been delivered – all for naught.

His job is hard enough as it in rain, in triple digit weather etc.

These people don’t seem to care about anything or anyone except their own greed.

Trash and waste was buried in our back yard, once we started working the ground we dug it up

To all would be home buyers I want to caution you against; Osborne Homes, Osborne Homes Real Estate and Molly Ohanian. My hope is that if you are looking to purchase a home and or use this real estate agency, do so with extreme caution. This has been one of the worst experience we have ever had, we have found Osborne to not be a reputable company.

    In our experience they did not hold up to their word. We were fooled by how nice it looks at first glance! We had the home inspected however this flipper and Osborne real estate agent know all the tricks to hide the unfortunate truth. The following are a list of problems we have had in our house the first six months;

Trash and waste was buried in our back yard, once we started working the ground we dug it up, it was approximately 20 yards of debris, construction material and waste left by the previous home owner

I have contacted them with these problems and they have not responded.

A year ago, I bought a home in Oakhurst, ‘flipped’ by Osborne and advertised by their realtor as ‘ready’. I had it inspected which turned up a few problems that I thought I could deal with, Since moving in, I have replaced missing window screens, and falling down fence, which I had anticipated, but in addition: plumbing failed,

there were electrical malfunctions (some due to work done in the flipping), pieces of railing are falling off, exterior paint (done about a year ago) is chipping and peeling. I could go on and on about poor workmanship but my main message is ‘buyer be VERY aware’. I have contacted them with these problems and they have not responded.

I saw the house I wanted on CV Home's website

I saw the house I wanted on CV Home’s website, I relocated from Florida to Fresno are for my new job, I applied online, I was immediately contacted by Suzanne to acknowledge that she received my application and was reviewing it,

I got approved with 48 hours of applying for the house! I am super excited since no one one else would accept my Pit Bull and my German Shepherd. They have a great pet policy with no breed restrictions. Very reasonably priced houses! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you CV Homes!!!

Scumb liars - beware of these shysters

These idiots keep sending me a postcard about buying my house, addressed to me. They have NO company name on the card. You have to call the number to find out who this is.

What kind of shit company DOESN’T PUT THEIR NAME ON THEIR AD?

I keep calling and calling to get my name taken off their list. They keep telling me they’ll take it off, then the girl goes back to texting her friends. They don’t remove anyone from their scam list.

Is this a company you want to trust with something as important as selling your house? They can’t do something simple like adhere to someone’s request to be removed from their list. They lie and say they will, but don’t, thinking ‘if we keep sending our junk mail to this guy, he’ll give in and use our service.”

    F these shysters. Beware

Osborne Homes is harassing my family

A relative of mine owns several houses and Osborne Homes repeatedly calls me and other relatives about buying his properties. I’ve asked Osborne Homes to stop many times, and yet they keep calling me. How do they know I’m related to the owner of the properties? Obviously, they’ve done research on me and my family. It’s very creepy and disturbing. I wish to God that these people would just get out of our lives.
