These guys are sketchy in terms of make it transparent for the client to know what is covered and what service will go out of pocket. I did had a good service but as a client I should be notified when procedure is going to be outside of the plan.
Talking with the manager I realized that they try to make me accountable for this. Like I should have known that it is gonna cost me. As a client I should know what is covered and what is not. What if they would perform a procedure that would cost a thousand dollars without notifying me? That situation looks like scam. I did pay eventually, but it was clear that they were not interested to inform me that adjusting my lenses prescription is going to cost $51 out of pocket.
