Got ripped off on my order

I ordered four clones online, on sept 25. Never received anything nor did I hear any information regarding it from company. I have sent numerous emails to company and still no response. I was given an order number when I purchased it. Also through a etransfer which I now know not to do because you can’t track it. I was not given a tracking number for my shipments or nothing. It is now Oct 28 alittle over a month and still have not heard anything. As well as getting ripped off 230.00$. This is a very shady company…DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS…

  1. Got my order in less then 2 weeks

    Ordered gardenrnes choice came with 5 different strains all in great shape. Pretty easy and seamless transaction. Will order in spring again

  2. great customer service great product

    I was sceptical at first after reading the revies but i can assure you they are excellent. I received my order within 2 weeks and revied a follow up email to make sure everything was doing well. The cereal milk is growing like a weed and beginning to flower. Heathy and vigorous growth and is beginning to smell very nice

  3. Took my money no product or response

    I knew something was wrong-5 days after I ordered and paid expensive shipping costs and no tracking number and no product. No address and email money transfers only. Can the police charge them? Canada Revenue agency should know about them as they seem to take your money charge HST and then fail to deliver- meaning they keep the product and tax collected. Scam company.

      I would like to update my review. This was my first time ordering and was not sure what to expect. I would like everyone to know that my order arrived and is doing well. After I wrote this review I was able to contact customer service via email. They provided me with all my information and tracking number. They also explained where I can find my tracking number on my updated invoice which I thought was another bill. Recently I received an email asking to update my review and i only think it fair that i do.

      I am happy to update my review after receiving my order. i received everything and it is doing well. I also got an email from customer service to follow up on this review two weeks ago but I was waiting to make sure the plants are growing and doing well before updating. I am not able to change my original post unfortunately. Would Recommend
