Very Frustrated
OneMain is actually for the Longmont location, however they have no place to review.
Very frustrated at the entire process, not because of denial, but because it left me very confused.
Collateral was worth more than half the value of the loan I was requesting, along with a second vehicle to use if needed (both are paid off in full).
Was told that my ytd did not equal income I was claiming because it includes tip income, but the numbers they gave me made no sense at all, and I have years of tax returns to show the income I was claiming.
Was confused that they cannot use child support/alimony unless it goes through the registry, even though I have 15 years of payments to show through my bank account.
Overall, I just felt it was rushed. Information was available to show them income, etc. but they just rush through the process.
I know they have rules they must follow, and I respect that, but it does feel like the “fast food drive thru” of loan companies.
I honestly wish I had never applied. I will say that they are very nice there… just not very clear in their explanations. Not a good experience and I don’t recommend it.
Credit Karma may say you have Extremely good odds of a loan…. obviously not accurate at all!
