My lenses got scratched. I returned them for replacements since I had a one year warranty, no problem. They replaced the lenses, but the replacements apparently had “spider webbing” (very fine cracks) on them which made my vision slightly foggy. This sometimes occurs on defective lenses. So, I returned them the next day and informed them of the defective lenses. The lady reluctantly took them back to have them replaced again…with a bit of attitude. I guess she forgot I was a paying customer who still had my lenses under warranty.
After I picked up my glasses the second time, she went ahead and informed me that if I find anything wrong with the new lenses that I would have to repay for a new prescription. WTF??! What’s the point of your warranty Oasis Vision Institute??!
To top it off, they replaced my lenses with the cheap version that scratch even though I had originally purchased “anti-scratch” lenses.
Yeah, they’re helpful until your glasses/lenses bust. Go elsewhere. Where the business values it’s customers and backs their warranty.
Not coming back here again.
