Very Unprofessional Treatment
Been going Northwest Family Medicine for years. Apparently the practice was sold recently.
I have been having problems with getting the medications I have been on for years.
Numerous times I explained we travel a lot and had a trip planned where we would be gone for months.
Finally got my blood pressure meds approved and filled.
Had questions about why they approved what they did – NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK!!
Discovered in middle of this trip it was for ZERO refills!! Very unprofessional treatment.
When we get back I will be looking for a new doctor.
Northwest Family Medicine now seems more concerned with profit than patient care.
