David Blechman from New State Capital Partners scammed me while I was associated with him for some business dealings. I had no proofs to drag him to the court. However, recently, I came across through some information about him scamming George Boyadzhyan.
George Boyadzhyan was the former CEO of LLMS and got into proposition with David from New State Capital for selling his three entities. The facilities were Infinity Malibu, Bridges Recovery Center and Infinity Malibu IOP. These all are based out in Los Angeles. These facilities are substance treatment centers.
As per my information, the deal was made a year back when David agreed to raise funds for buying these properties. In that one year, Steve Larned was taking care of the operations. However, the deal was cancelled. As per the excuse given to Mr. George, New State Capital was unable to collect funds totalling to 131 million for acquiring those rehabilitation centers.
But, George Boyadzhyan has doubts that the funds were raised but were not shown to them and were utilized somewhere else. I entirely believe in this. I know him, and David is able to do anything for profits.
He is a scammer and has executed many frauds before. This is nothing new for him. If investigated, who knows law would find evidences pertaining to this doubt. Although he is great at hiding things, there could be a way to pull him down.
Or else, he would keep scamming people around. He must stop or law will take it over and he would end up dying behind bars.
