So I first need to say, the teams and workers you send are awesome. However, the management team and sales staff are a little less than responsive. We were confirmed, not once or twice, but three times for a 9-10am arrival time for our delivery. They showed up at 11:30am. I called Josh on both his personal and work cell phones, no response to this day, which is 3 days after our delivery. Josh’s voicemail instructed us to call Tony, again left a message and no response up to this date. When we moved out of our house in Ashburn, the team showed up without a truck with the wrong move scheduled. They started quite late and had another team help them in the end after going back to the warehouse for a truck and supplies. I had to pay the entire storage invoice and delivery invoice before they would deliver our property. I now understand why, they get there money first and don’t care about what they commit to their customer and show up when it’s good for them. Leadership doesn’t even have the common curiosity to call and speak to the customer. After all this, we still have our children’s art table that we can’t put together because theres no hardware from when they took it apart and stored it. Again, management and sales want your money prior to delivering anything so you can’t have a leg to stand on when you want to speak of an issue.
