I Am Not Happy Or Impressed With His Service
I am only giving one star because I have to. I used MUNN JOHN R C CPA for one tax season and I am not happy or impressed with his service, knowledge, or pricing.
The accountant added several entries like bad debt, donations, write-offs, etc. to my business tax return but did not add the changes to my QuickBooks even though he had the file.
When I asked him about this he shrugged it off and called it an oversight.
He then charged me to fix his “oversight”. Like I said, not happy or impressed.
If I ran my business like this I would be out of business…
