Mountain Family Healthcare Center

These People Are Horrible

DO NOT DO BUSINESS IN Mountain Family Healthcare Center! The building next door that shares the drive way is an Urgent Care facility that accepts Calviva.

They are using a tow truck driver and Fresno PD to harass these poor people who go to the Urgent Care have the miss fortune to not realize from the back of the building with no numbers on it that they are NOT customers allowed to park in that area.

My daughter got caught up in this predatory Tow Truck drivers web today when he hooked her car up and STARTED THE WENCH, with her sitting in the front seat where she was waiting for some one she had to pick up.

He refused to put her car down and demanded she give him her key! He then demanded money to put her car down.

Meanwhile, it looks like the signs the PD said they gave them to put up and that makes it all legal don’t even meet the code because it doesn’t have the tow companies name and number on it.

I looked it up! So I get threatened for trying to talk to the cop and apply logic when its my car AND my daughter got a parking ticket.

These people are horrible. He parked his truck on the side of the building and waited for his next victim who was a little old women who didn’t speak English.

Thanks to the Urgent care receptionist who called the truck driver and then had to drive the women to her car because she had know one to help her and her checkbook was in the car.

She had to pay 220 to get her car back! She more then likely couldn’t even read the signs to know she wasn’t supposed to be there.

I went in for an annual psychical and a referral for breast reduction surgery.

I went in for an annual psychical and a referral for breast reduction surgery. I knew I would qualify for the referral, as I have been through this process before in another state and They were very condescending over me wanting this referral, making comments like “it’s not like you’d qualify for that surgery anyway, you don’t look like your breasts are that big, etc.”.

They told me plastic surgeons don’t take referrals, and upon speaking to the nurse practitioner she reiterated this and told me “if they did everyone would be beautiful”. When I specified wanting the surgery for medical reasons, she heavily discouraged. She told me that it’s a long process for the insurance, and I should just look into taking medication.

I told her I wanted a referral anyways and wanted to do the process, and she then said she would write a referral for a breast augmentation – which is considered a cosmetic surgery and also not what I asked for. She did a brief exam of chest over my clothes, and then said “Are you sure you want to get rid of these?” and chuckled. I felt like my pain and wants were dismissed and ignored, and personal views were put in front of the patients best interest.
