This place is a joke
Money Now Check Cashing Center is a joke. On 12/30/16, I went to the center after work because the systems at MVD were down.
After refusing to accept services because of the additional fees, Eleanor, the little old lady, gets an attitude and walks towards the exit saying, “All you fucking Indians want all the free stuff!”
First, I don’t care if someone saves a dime! I exit and grab my phone.
Then I go back in to snap a picture and get her name. I explained to her that she was rude, and she asked why.
She follows me out the door and yells, then she backs up and, looking like trash, takes off her shoes and waves them around until the older man comes out to ask what’s the problem.
I tell him that this lady is rude. I ask for her boss.
This guy replies, “I’m her boss.” I tell him that this lady should be fired.
He continues to say, “No, she’s no,” and locks the door.
At first, I was distraught, but then I laughed it off.
But seriously, this business clearly doesn’t understand professionalism or work ethics.
This business must take out all the garbage.
There are many Mexicans who are more friendly and professional than this lady.
