When we had a conversation with Greg, everything was fine. Having to work with William was a total nightmare.
He canceled on us 3 times before we could even see our apartment. One of those times, was at the very last minute.
We had to keep chasing him on the status of our application, mind you, we didn’t find out about our clear acceptance and requested move-in until 9 days before our eventual actual move-in date which was when we were required to be out of our previous building.
We also had started the application process well in advance so you can imagine this isn’t really acceptable.
We had very minimal time to plan with the moving company as a result.
He provided the least amount of information as possible – when we moved in, we didn’t even know how to pay our rent or who to liaise with from our building management once we were finally IN our apartment.
It’s been a month since we’ve lived in our apartment, and we still have yet to receive a counter signed copy of our lease.
Greg was a referral from a friend, and maybe if we had dealt with him things would have been different. Dealing with William felt extremely unprofessional.
I would not use them again, nor would I refer them to anyone I care about.
And now because of this review, we are being sued by Moda Realty.
