Horrible service here. MIT Federal Credit Union have a hotline that you can call but they’re not authorized to do much.
My account was frozen (due to fraudulent activity)when I called into the hotline last week they told me that they didn’t see anything on the account.
I call again Monday and that’s when I found out about the fraud, only bc I took initiative to contact them about it.
I wasn’t too upset at this point and requested a new debit card. I received it but no new PIN number, I called the branch to ask what my new pin was and I was told TWICE that the pin was not changed.
Fast forward to today I go to use an ATM only to be told that my PIN has changed, I go home to check the mail and see if o received anything-nothing.
I call the hotline only to be told that on weekends they can’t see our PINs. Now I have a debit card and no access to my account AGAIN bc they cannot help me.
I’ll be taking my business else where and if you’re smart you will too.
