The office procedures here were the worst I have ever encountered.
I spent a non-trivial amount of time filling out an online medical history.
Then, when I arrived for my first appointment, I had to do it all over again because they had separate systems for various things.
Then, when I came for a massage appointment not two weeks later, the receptionist insisted that I fill out a compendious paper version. (I assume both of the other systems were down at the time ??).
Then, when I said ‘no, thanks,’ the not-so-polite receptionist tried to charge me $25 for the ‘late cancellation.’
Then, when I e-mailed ‘Dr. Chuck’ about my experience, I never heard from him. Zero response.
I recounted this to my husband, who remarked that such incompetence at the office level would make him question the competence of the medical professionals.
