MiracleFace MedSpa

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service I got. First, I arrived to the address, went upstairs and found a random waiting room for another office. When I asked where to go I was told to call the company. Very weird – not a good vibe to start. Then… I had requested a specific person who had been recommended by a close friend… that person no longer worked there and they never told me. So I was finally greeted 10 min late by a man in a suit claiming to be the “Doctor”. I’m still not sure if he is a licensed doctor.

I should have left that moment but in good faith to my friend that recommended I went with it. So… I’m alone in a room with the man… he ask a couple of questions. I explained that I have had botox many times before and my results have always been good. I explained dosage and placement and what I was looking for. He agreed and proceeded with the injections. Which hurt more than I’ve experienced before.

I walked out hopeful and excited to be wrinkle free for the next few months. Well… that excitement lasted about 2 days… then the botox fully kicked in and its bad. BAD BOTOX! My eyes are puffy with hooded lids. I can not lift my brows. I have wrinkles at my hair line which were never there before and is the only moving part now. google it… every review of bad botox describes thislook and feeling. I can not put on mascara without lifting my brow with my other hand.

I’m very uncomfortable. Note: I contacted them right away to tell them I was unhappy. They said give it a couple weeks it should be ok. I did. STILL NOT HAPPY. They refuse to refund my money. And unfortunately the only thing to do is wait for it to wear out… so I have 8 -12 months to be this uncomfortable. I will review this company any and everywhere I can to help people avoid this problem and this company.

  1. MiracleFace MedSpa Is Scammer.

Very dissatisfied with Dr. Mishkov and the results. I initially had botox here, paid for 40 units and they lasted only a month. Clearly the botox was diluted or the doctor injected less than I paid for. I also had filler under the eyes. I am young and 1 syringe would suffice (recommended only 1 by other doctors).

After injecting 1 syringe he told me I need another one which I wasn’t happy about because I feel like he was trying to rip me off. I went ahead and got the 2nd one. After all the swelling went down one eye looked overfilled and the other underfillled and had a crease.

I of course wanted him to correct it as now my eyes looked deformed. Dr. Mishkov proceeded to tell me that I had very hollow eyes and need more filler.

Regardless how hollow my eyes were as an expert he should make both look even not one overfilled and one undefilled. The fact that he would not correct the botched job is shocking as

I’ve worked with cosmetic injectors and they would never let a patient leave looking asymmetrical. Your patients are your marketing!

I actually referred many clients to him as I work in the beauty industry and have many clients who I refer to other establishments.

Would not recommend anyone to Dr. Mishkov again, he is a rip off!!! Nadia is my middle name and YES I AM A REAL PATIENT WHO CAN SHOW BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS 🙂

  2. BAD BOTOX

BAD BOTOX – The nice lady who takes the appointment is the only good thing about this place and why I give a 1 not 0. Otherwise I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service I got.

  3. These good reviews have to be fake.

RUN, AND RUN FAST. These good reviews have to be fake. If you’ve never gotten botox or filler, then i guess you would not know the difference between what is good and bad work. But there is no way in the world that they’re reviewing the same place…

This review is for Dr. Dimitri medevev or however you spell his name. Notice how nobody even knows this doctors name, and try to ask the “receptionist” what the doctors name is and she will tell you they have many practitioners. They actually only have one but are weird about telling you his name. WHY?

Take it from me, I highly doubt this doctor even has a medical degree. He also does not likely use FDA approved fillers, as this was something else entirely that was injected into my face. I had a horrific misplaced filler with severe bruising (never had this happen anywhere else).

Bruising can be expected, but Instead of filling my lines, i had now MULTIPLE lines on my face, with a weird blue black hue that has not yet gone away. I literally got the filler placed above my wrinkle, which made it look like i had double wrinkles. My bottom lip was injected too much in one spot that it caused it to droop and curl downward, giving me a dimpled chin. honestly, what he did aged me and deformed me for several months.

  4. Been trying for 3 days to speak to someone at this business and make an appointment.

Been trying for 3 days to speak to someone at this business and make an appointment. Reading the reviews it sounds like there is only 1 location, as apposed to 11 as advertised, and much rescheduling of appointments.

So far I have not been called back (after repeated voice messages with their answering service), texted or emailed. Contacted Groupon to investigate.

  5. I will go back, that's for sure.

I did Botox, not my first time. Great job. Even my mom, the harshest critic of mine, said I looked very good. Easy to make an appointment. Good communication.

The beautician was very attentive, listened carefully, suggested procedures that would work best for me, based on my age and skin type. I will go back, that’s for sure.

  6. I have and would keep recommending Miracle Face!

This was my second botox appointment. Amazing customer service through texting which made it all easy. The nurse who actually did the injections was knowledgeable and helpful! I was very pleased with both my experiences. I keep getting compliments on my skin. I have and would keep recommending Miracle Face!

  7. BEST place to visit

Looks like some people upset that they could not game on the system and grab refund haha. I’ve been there already twice, all is just fine, Doc is kind pro!
