Mirabella Motors are Scammers

I was very excited to buy a 2000 Nissan from the Mirabella motors, which turned into a nightmare. These guys made me sulk so much that I now feel unlucky to be one of the customers at this company. These guys are liars and did not tell me the entire thing to start with. These people cheated on me and tortured me later, even after paying the whole amount for the car in cash.

I checked many cars before making that purchase. I felt the people were friendly at the outlet. These guys told me that I could come to them for any problems later. The service seemed reasonable, and the employees were friendly. I was also getting the same car model from another company, but I chose these idiots over everyone else because they tried to be too nice to me.

Anyway, I was going to pay them for the purchase. So, they couldn’t have done anything to piss me off. Maybe that was the reason why they tried to seem so helpful at the beginning, which changed right after I got the car and made the payment for it.

I paid $4000 in cash. I did not even go for any finance or loan services. I gave them the money right away. After the payment was made, I asked them about the car’s title, which was in the original name. They told me to go to DMV to make the necessary changes. I did it the way they asked me to. However, the DMV replied that they couldn’t help me because my seller was supposed to do something.

I was confused. Still, I went back to these guys. I told them what DMV told me. They said that I would have to make an extra payment of $450. I had already made the entire payment in cash. This was not acceptable. So, I declined to pay any more money to these guys. The problem is that they did not tell me the same thing before. I could have agreed to it if they were lucid from the beginning. I did have the receipt for my payment too.

They put a lien on the Nissan, and then after a week, they repose it. When I called them to clarify things, they told me that I owed $1195 to them. The price included the towing fee and the fee for changing the car’s title. They also said that they would sell the car in three months if I did not pay them the money I owed them.

I did everything right, and this is how they treat their customers. These people are unlawful and disgusting. I have even paid them $500, and I feel they should not ask me any additional money for towing and other problems they created. I had already paid for the car in cash. They had received all the money.

This is injustice. They cannot threaten me. I am a customer who paid in total cash when purchasing 2000 Nissan. They are at fault. I want justice.

  1. Mirabelli motors sold a pregnant woman looking for a reliable car a car with bad brakes and a suspect suspension.

On October 9, 2019, we traded in our Hyundai Sonata 2013 for a range rover Evoque 2016. We clearly indicated to the owners and the salesman that my wife was seven months pregnant, and we wanted a safe SUV for her and the baby. We agreed upon the moment of purchase to go ahead and do the repairs on the lettering on the front of the automobile. Dean, the salesman, said they would repair the brake pads and the visors inside the car.

We were notified that we would have a loaner car to be provided while they do the repairs. Then we were advised not to come in that day and come on a different day to be ready to use as a loaner. When we finally arrived that day, we were notified that we would have to wait two hours because no loaner car was available. It was lunchtime, so I went ahead and rented a car from enterprise and texted the dealership and the salesman and told him to take his time on the repairs and I could even come back tomorrow that there was no rush and to please do it all correct since the car was there. Thirty minutes later, he texted me that the job was done.

Again 30 minutes later, he said they fixed the front and back brake pads. When we left the dealership, the brakes were still loudly squeaking. The next, We went to a local mechanic, and he inspected the brake pads, and he indicated that they were never replaced and where all the way down. Again these folks sold us the car that had short breaks to a pregnant woman. I went ahead and notified the owner of it, And he said, and I quote, “we should just deal with “ it because the car was as is.

One more time. These guys had no problem putting a seven-month pregnant woman in an unsafe vehicle. I realize we are not purchasing an $80,000 autoMobile like many of their customers, but that’s no reason to treat us any less than any other customer.

I have never experienced this in my entire life. I want everyone to know about the dealership because I don’t want somebody else getting in an automobile, and God forbid, something happening to them because of this nefarious dealership. People say used car dealers have no scruples, but I try to give everybody a fair chance.

These folks fit themselves right into that box of that stereotype, and they did it all by themselves. If Anybody has any questions, I’m not hiding, and They are more than welcome to email me at [email protected] And I Will provide any documentation of proof that they would like to see about the situation…

  2. This dealership sold a car with bad brakes to a pregnant woman. Knowingly.

We traded in our Hyundai sonata on an excellent SUV for my wife, who is seven months pregnant. They sold us the car with bad brake pads and a few other things that they promised to fix. I called over and over for two months, and finally, when I spoke to the owner, he told me to deal with it.

Again we told him the car was for my pregnant wife, and again they sold the vehicle with bad brakes. I’ve never ever experienced quite like this.

If anybody has any questions, you can reach me directly at 314-809-5629. This dealership will try to act like all the complaints from anonymous people. Well, I’m willing to go ahead and put myself out there if it helps somebody else not get ripped off and not have their family put in danger.
