Mike Magaldi, CEO and Dr. Seth Camhi made numerous false promises and guarantees to ensure that funds were raised for Thrive Biologics LLC and that numerous financial verticals were established which include but are not limited to setting up membership agreements, educational training, tax credits, subscription agreement and much more. Magaldi and Camhi are and have committed fraud and inducement of fraud, they have defrauded me out of $152,000.00 and have made numerous false representations in order to advance their agenda at great cost to others, it may even cost someone their life if they are caught handling tainted blood products that may kill someone. Scott C Seehausen posted this bogus information on the “Dirty Scam” website as part of a shakedown effort to con myself and the company I worked for out of a stock position and cash. Scott Seehausen is a convicted Felon for Attempted Murder/intent to Kill/injure in Dupage, IL and was sentenced to 16 years.
