Wrong Operating Instructions

I just got off the phone with Jimmy Goh over a non-working just installed 4 unit system. The installer did not know how to operate the in-unit intercoms, Gave me the wrong operating instructions, and when the system failed that night (a Friday, of course) I called the service department for AiPhone to get the correct service/operating data. Jimmy then tells me the I crashed the system on Monday night (my neighbors could not get it to function on Saturday) and accused me of opening a system THAT I DID NOT OPEN to cost an extra service call. Then he hung up on me saying that he had to pick up his kids (3:15 in the afternoon on a Monday) I have just read the entire installation and service manual for my setup and there is no mention of crashing the system. I have a BSEE from Cal Tech and have been working on/repairing electronic equipment for years. I did warranty work for 17-20 manufacturers. In a word, THEY LIE

    I scheduled a call with Metro Locksmith after stopping by the store to look at locks. There was one missed called from an unknown caller without any voice mail 15 minutes before the appointment. I got another call at with a lame excuse that the rep would be on the way. No show.

    In looking for a company to install a buzzer system for our front door, another company highly recommended Metro Locksmiths, so i scheduled an appointment for a quote. The gentleman on the phone said that the owner(manager) was the best person for what i was requesting. The day came for my appointment and they no showed. The next day i arrived to a missed call saying that i wasnt here for my appointment when they came. Funny because neither were they.

    He came did his inspection and told me i would have a quote emailed to me by the next monday. Monday came and went. Tuesday i emailed asking about my quote, nothing. So i called and they have no quote. They need to research and find my quote. I have never had to beg a company to do what apparently they were so highly recommended for.

    The Smile Jorge brought to the clients, no matter what problems he had. I remember the time we share a cup of coffee. yeah very nice fellow pleasant. funny and dedicated to the job.

    Well metro has really changed, the way rick answers the phone. Its not your house son, answer it better, and Phil don’t be in a rush, slow down, no one can understand you.

    Excellent services. Experienced 2 secrets w/ integrated remotes programmed and cut for my 2010 4Runner. Yoav performed and quick and excellent work from it for a small fraction of what Toyota costs. Strongly recommended.

  5. I had a great experience with Metro Locksmiths.

    I had a great experience with Metro Locksmiths. This wasn’t an emergency call, I made an appointment in advance to get a sticky deadbolt replaced on my front door. The technician showed up on time, was professional, and advised that the lock could be serviced instead of replaced – which saved me some $$.

    Two weeks later, happy to say the lock is working great so the decision to repair it instead of replace it seems to have been a good one. Overall, very satisfied and I would definitely recommend them.
