The only nice thing about Mazda Med-Center was the sales woman that greeted us and the bathrooms. We had a blow out on our way home from pcb, we stopped here to get the car back on the road.

The service advisor Barry was very rude as we tried to explain to him what we needed.

We had purchased the new tire outside of the dealership, so all we needed was for the old tire to be taking off and the new tire that we brought with us to be put on.

We arrived at 12:58 pm and it’s a little after 2 and still haven’t gotten outta here.

They also informed us that the tire sensor was broken, which happened while they were servicing the car.

We live a little over 2 hours away, so waiting around all day for a simple tire change isn’t what we wanted to do.

I wouldn’t recommend this service department to anyone.

    Never Again

    I shopped for an affordable SUV because I take my three dogs as many places as I can…..and they’re hard on a vehicle. I looked at three other brands before going to see the Mazda CX-5. I was greatly impressed by the design, both inside and out.

    Mine has an amazing complement of safety and convenience features for it’s price point. It performs smoothly, quietly, and comfortably, but is really fun to drive. It’s an IIHS Top Safety Pick Plus. It looks and feels like a much more expensive car.

    Service was great. Didn’t have to wait long to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Great job. Keep up the great work.
