The Worst In Customer Service

DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES Maria Elena & Associates! Absolutely the worst in customer service, it is like a cattle call, totally understaffed, If you have any questions they do not take calls, you have to drive back in order to ask your tax preparer a simple question, Charged me super high fees, yet the experience was like waiting in line at a taco truck for two hours.

They really take advantage of the spanish community, they actually have about 30 chairs in there for people to wait because they are so understaffed they know that the struggling spanish speaking community will probably not complain.

If you do not mind waiting for hours and getting overcharged, then this place is for you.

If i could give this place zero stars, i would.

    I’ve been doing my taxes here for years(appx 20 if not more)!
    A bit pricey, but they are informative. The waiting time sucks and it takes its toll on your patience. I’ve never really paid attention to their front desk personnel, they aren’t too friendly, never a smile on their face. This is the reason for my review. Although I’ve been going to them for over 20 years I think it is time for me to take my business elsewhere.

    Their customer service sucks! It’s one thing to have to wait 2hrs once a year, but it is another thing to have no reply’s or follow ups on emails. This is not a pen pal in which a reply is not urgent, this is an email with information that is needed. But if they do reply it’s short with only confirmation of receipt. Truly unprofessional!

    The exchange they give over the counter is as if they are so unimpressed with their responsibilities/salary that they make the customer feel insignificant with the inquiries made. I strongly suggest the employers hire new staff before they lose any more business.

    I would like to personally thank you for the opportunity to be marry at your place. My ceremony that happened on February 14, at 5:30 your assisted by everyone and the person that married us was excellent.

    Words cannot express my gratitude. It was a small ceremony but it felt the world to us. What was important to us that our family was there.
