Marcus and Millichap
Doesn't Really Make SenseMy friend told me a lot about her experience with Marcus and Millichap and she told me a lot that most people outside of the business wouldn’t know.
She told me how they wouldn’t give her the credit she deserved for all the hard work she did.
They wouldn’t support her and help her build a “team” so that she can be more efficient for the company.
Also she was a very good worker for the company and she felt as though they didn’t want her to “too good” since she might be a risk of being a future competitor.
Doesn’t really make sense for a company to do that.
Trying to hold someone back from their true potential.
They want you to be good, but not too good.
So you still desire some sort of dependency on the company and your “team” to help guide you through your real estate transactions.
Really isn’t an encouraging environment and doesn’t seem like anyone would want to try to fit in with them.
Look for different brokerage firm and DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME.
The Orlando branch is nothing full of alcoholic and coke heads. There incompetence is beyond belief. Do not bother with this company since they give out useless quotes, flaky personnel and just all around a bad service. Look for different brokerage firm and DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME.
Unprofessional
Constantly calling. How do you expect to be taken seriously when you keep trying calling when asked to. Unprofessional.
