Mal & Seitz

Very Questionable Company

I have never wrote a review before but I am now. Everyone needs to know this! I cant believe Mal & Seitz!

I made two appointments to see a property and the agent did not show up either time.

They didn’t know anything about the property either.

The dork who finally show me the house was 30 minutes late–could not remember the lockbox combination and had to call some else for it.

Then he told me he only had 5 minutes to show the house cause he had to show another house across town?

I went by the office in Gresham Oregon twice during business hours. the sign on the door said open but the doors were locked.

While there a realtor came opened the door using the lockbox on the door and told me she could not let me in I had to contact my agent.

When I told her I just want some information on one of the properties listed with them she replied, “I’m sorry call your agent”, and she closed the door in my face.

I called “my” agent for three days after that just to ask if I could get some information about the tax value assessment and getting my partner in to see it too, he said he WAS TOO BUSY!

If I want to write an offer he would make some time but “we usually only show the house once to prospective buyers cause we have so many houses”. Very questionable company.

Contacted Remax and asked for the information–got it right away and have been in the property three times since and wrote an offer that is pending.

The Remax realtor said told me Dal Mal is a wheeling-dealing “con-man-shister”, and then she said–but you did not hear that from me. LOL

  1. Avoid at all cost!

Worst Firm I have ever worked with, particularly the agent I got stuck with. Didn’t know anything about their own listing, what was sold/available. Never recommended any listings for my review.

Didn’t know how to present offers nor negotiate them to get them closed. Avoid at all cost!

  2. Don't trust these agents!

Don’t trust these agents! Go somewhere else! Stood me up twice. Don’t even know anything about the property. Bad News! When I went to another real estate company to write an offer on the same property–mall and seitz-were the listers, the new real estate company told me they hear bad things about them all the time and it is a common perception with in the local industry!!!!

  3. "I'm sorry call your agent", and she closed the door in my face.
