The Most Unprofessional
Linda Ross is the most UNPROFESSIONAL “professional” I’ve ever attempted to deal with. I had no problem getting an initial meeting with Linda to discuss her doing my personal and business taxes.
We spent an hour discussing my circumstances and I explained I needed my taxes done within a month for an upcoming event in which I would need them.
She agreed, said it would not be an issue, and even offered to make calls to some people for advice she offered.
After walking out of that office, Linda became completely ghost for the next month.
I sent over 8 emails, calls, and even showed up at her office. Evidentally shes never in, and can’t return emails or phone calls.
How infuriating to trust someone with all you personal information, expect them to do what they agree to do, then be TOTALLY IGNORED!
I had to threaten to involve the police to even get my property back.
Needless to say, my taxes we not completed over a month later and by the date I needed them.
Save yourself time and frustration and deal with a professional that acts as such….LINDA IS NOT ONE.
