Lincoln Mortgage Company

Terrible Experience

My experience working with Lincoln Mortgage Company was terrible. The representative that I worked directly with was Jill Kirk.

She assured me from the beginning of the process that she was very familiar with the type of loan that I was obtaining.

However, after COUNTLESS avoidable mistakes; settlement delays; speaking with her manager Sandy Pearlstein and the vice president of Lincoln Mortgage, Chris Wilhelm; it was obvious that Lincoln Mortgage did not have the knowledge or experience they claimed to have had.

Every representative that I spoke with at Lincoln Mortgage provided some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

I would advise anyone considering Lincoln Mortgage to seek a more reputable and customer driven Mortgage company to avoid the grief and stress that I endured working with Lincoln Mortgage.

  1. Scamers

This “company” is a total scam. We been scammed in 2022 with almost 8000$, we never received the equity that we discussed with them. Bunch of lies. After they got the money, they stopped answering the phone and emails. Be aware, not a real company, total scam.

  2. They SCAMMED US out of $1750.00

This company took $1750.00 from my husband and I and NEVER ended up refinancing us!

After we got behind on our mortgage by waiting for them to refinance us, they stop answering our calls completely! Especially once they got our check!

We are still feeling the sting from losing $1750.00!
DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!’

    1. We got SCAMMED

      Hello,
My name is Mrs. Kessia Curtis. My husband and I got SCAMMED by this company! We gave them $1750.00 to refinance our mortgage when the rates where at their lowest! They never contacted our current mortgage company at that time! Even though he kept saying that he had! We ended up getting behind on our mortgage! And even though this happened late last year we are still feeling the sting from losing that much money! I still have the contract that they sent me. Please let me know how we can help!!!
