Horrible. Couldn’t tell me how Lemon Tree Family Medicine billed my insurance but also told me they don’t enter my insurance info into any system??? I asked how they would get what my copay is and how they would bill my insurance.
If they didn’t put my insurance info anywhere and I couldn’t get any type of answer except “we will bill your insurance”
This place scammed my husband into a $40 copay too when his insurance covers everything.
He then put a backup insurance and they still said it would be $40 and if it comes out to be less we will refund the difference ??? Like what ???
They need to get their head on straight!
