Creating An Account Was Painful
I used Leader Bank’s mortgage services. I appreciate that the mortgage process is supposed to be painful and so my review is not about this. Rather, I am unpleasantly surprised with Leader’s online systems.
Creating an account was painful, setting up automatic payments was painful, making additional payments above the minimum payments is cumbersome.
It is as if they recognize that digitalization is a thing but are not willing to make the investment so that their online platforms can function smoothly.
I wish I had used my big bank’s mortgaging services instead as I know that their online system functions well.
If your time is valuable and you want a smooth experience, I would go to a big bank for mortgage services.
