Called the office to try and book an appointment for the first time. I thought I’d disregard the comments here about how terrible the office staff was. Without a hello, I got “hold please” I was on hold for 10 minutes…. and then another 5 minutes to check the schedule. I’m not exaggerating. I was on the phone for 19 minutes to try and book an appointment.
I spoke to Roxy for all of 4 minutes when I wasn’t holding. She kept saying “Like, I said…” instead of clarifying valid questions and had the worst attitude. When I told her I found her incredibly rude, not only did she not apologize, she kept repeating herself about how I could call before 5 to reschedule the appointment… even though she said there was a 24 hour cancellation policy a moment prior and we were already past the 24 hours. I just wanted to her to confirm that it wouldn’t be a problem.
It’s outrageous that this Kurtis Opp guy lets these people with absolutely no manners be the face of his business. It makes me question how much he cares about his clients. Needless to say, I decided not to go through with the appointment.
**TL DR** If you like to be condescended to and wait 15 minutes on hold to make an appointment, this is the place for you.
