Rude & Incompetent

THIEVES! 2 words to describe Keybank: rude & incompetent. They must have sculpted their business model from our glorious president/dictator.

Terrible customer service. They are holding 100% of a CASHIERS check for 10 days.

They gave me no warning of this at the time of my deposit leaving me with ZERO money to live off of for that 10 days and having ZERO care.

This check was for selling my house so they have left me homeless, without a vehicle & no money to eat while they hold onto (1st Bank says check cleared from their bank several days ago) over $200,000 of my money…without even leaving me the standard $5000 for a “delayed deposit”.

Highly recommend ANY other bank & if you must use KeyBank then ANY other branch.

Never had such a terrible banking experience with people that care any less about leaving someone in this state
